I. Brief introduction of the developer of Sijiqing Liver Protective Oral Liquid:
Jin Rusong, aged 62; the member of China National Democratic Construction Association; standing commissioner of Hangzhou Jianggan District 10 th People's Congress from 1993 to 1998; first term standing commissioner of Jianggan District Political Consultative Conference from 1998 to 2003; commissioner of the 6 th Hangzhou's Political Consultative Conference in 1997; and the commissioner of 2 nd Jianggan's Political Consultative Conference from 2003 till now; senior technician; director of China Medical & Biological Association; and the President of Hangzhou Sijiqing Biological Engineering Material Co., Ltd. He has been awarded such titles as "First prize of technology progress" issued by Agricultural Department of National Science & Technology Ministry, one third prize and one fourth prize of ˇ°Zhejiang science and technology progressˇ±, one second prize and two third prizes of ˇ°Hangzhou science and technology progressˇ±, and two third prizes of ˇ°Hangzhou new productsˇ±. The cattle serum products of ˇ°Sijiqingˇ± brand developed by him are now popular in 29 provinces and cities throughout China. The bacterin researched from cattle serum has good protection on children's health, and aroused the deep attention from National Medicine Supervision Bureau. In 1991, Jin Rusong was awarded the title of ˇ°Labor modelˇ± by Hangzhou City's Government, and in 1992, awarded ˇ°Excellent science and technology worker with eminent contributionˇ±. In 2001, he obtained the ˇ°Fund of technical innovation for scientific and technologic middle and small-scale enterpriseˇ± issued by State Science and Technology Ministry. From 1992 to 2002, he organized senior experts on health protecting food, senior biotechnical experts and the scientific researchers from his company, and successfully developed Sijiqing Liver Protective Oral Liquid, which was warranted the production by the China Health Ministry on May 16 th of 2002.
